Our daughter has absolutely loved Maya’s Japanese class. The class has been a good pace and it’s been so great hearing our daughter be asked a question in Japanese and then answering the teacher in Japanese.  Maya is caring and has a great interactive approach when teaching her students.

Maya has been a great teacher for my 5 year old. She has great patience and is able to keep my daughter engaged through the entire class. She also identified and offered to adjust the class according to my daughter's level since she had a little bit of experience with Japanese prior to this class. ​Maya was very nice and really good at detail pronunciation. I recommend buying a notebook dedicated to this course for note keeping and organizing all of the new information. Study and a passion for learning Japanese are definitely needed! Memorization skills are key! Maya will be there to help along the way and she is encouraging and always positive! I am continuing further lessons because I am very pleased! ありがとう!

After just 2 months of lessons, my son could pronounce every word in a reading quiz in less then 2 seconds and knew most of the words. I am so impressed with his progression considering how difficult Japanese is as a language. Maya is an amazing teacher.
